1 架空配电线路超声波现场检测应用导则
1 范 围
本文件规定了架空配电线路超声波现场检测的基本要求、检测方法、结果分析和检测报告等
要求。
本文件适用于 10 kV架空配电线路超声波现场检测,其他电压等级配电线路可参照执行。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
架空(混合)配电线路 overhead distribution line
主干线和各支线为架空线或混有部分电缆的 10 kV线路。

3.2
超声波 ultrasonic
频率高于 20 kHz的声波。
4 基本要求
4.1 检测环境
4.1.1 环境温度:−25 ℃~ 45 ℃;风力应小于 5级。
4.1.2 进行检测时应避免环境干扰源的影响,并记录背景噪声信息。
4.2 检测仪器 4.2.1 功 能 要 求
超声波检测仪器的功能要求如下:
a) 应能实现配电设备电晕、沿面放电或机械振动产生的超声波转化为人耳能听到的声音,并通过耳机和扬声器输出,同时具备录音功能。
b) 应能采集并显示检测现场的超声波信号、温度、相对湿度、检测频率、灵敏度、电池电量、当前时间信息,应具备超声波报警阈值设置功能。
c) 检测数据存储于本机,能对检测试数据进行查看和管理,并能按标准数据格式导出。
